How do i access the locker in a Public Pick Up Point?
If your parcel is delivered to a Public Pick Up Point which is behind a closed entrance, you will receive an e-mail with a QR Code which you can use to open the entrance door.
To open the entrance door, hold the QR code in front of the scanner located next to the door. If the scanner does not detect your code automatically, tap the screen on the scanner to activate it.
A green check mark will appear. You can now open the front door to access the locker and collect, or drop your shipment.
Note: If the QR-code scanner does not register your QR code, use the PIN code of your locker to open the front door.
