It is possible that, instead of a return shipping label, you will receive a QR code from the webshop. In order to return items using MyPup using a pre-paid label, a shipping label is required on the parcel.
If you have received a QR-code instead of a shipping label, please print this QR-code and attach it to the parcel. When registering the parcel in the MyPup website or app, please specify the courier company used in the comment field.
Note: Returning parcels using MyPup is currently supported in The Netherlands and Germany.
