🤝 Handing over an item to another user

With MyPup, you can use the Pick Up Point to pass  an item to a neighbour or colleague. Perfect for when you are not able to. To hand over an item:

1. Navigate to Parcels in the MyPup app
2. Select Handover
3. Select the size of the locker you would like to use
4. Type in the details of the recipient. This can be either be the recipeints name, their email address or their MyPup delivery code. The recipient must have their account set to the same Pick Up Point as you. 
5. Enter a description or reference of the item
6. Tap Create

You will now receive a locker number and PIN. Enter this in the Pick Up Point to drop off your item. The recipient will immediately get the code and locker number after you have dropped off the item.

Note: A hand-over of an item is only possible if both the sender and receiver have their account set to the same Pick Up Point.
