With MyPup, you can use the Pick Up Point to pass an item to a neighbour or colleague. This is perfect for when you are unable to meet in person. To transfer an item:
Go to Parcels in the MyPup app.
Select Handover.
Select the locker size you wish to use.
Enter the recipient's details. This can only be their MyPup delivery code. The recipient must have their account set to the same Pick Up Point as you.
Enter a description or reference for the item.
Tap Create.
You will now receive a locker number and PIN. Enter these at the Pick Up Point to drop off the item. The recipient will receive the code and locker number immediately after you have deposited the item.
Please note:
An item transfer is only possible if both the sender and the recipient have their accounts set to the same Pick Up Point.
Both users must set their profiles to discoverable.
