Return packages that need to be delivered to a parcel point and which can be placed at the Pick Up Point can be returned via MyPup.
Some courier services (e.g. Bol Select, Budbee and Zalando Plus) offer return pick-up services. Becuase the parcel is in a different location than the delivery address, it is unfortunately not possible to return these parcels using MyPup.
