Why is MyPup a paid service at my location?

Some buildings include MyPup in their monthly service costs. In other areas we offer the service as a direct subscription for residents. This allows us to provide secure parcel delivery in locations where the building management does not cover the costs. This way, you only pay for the service if you choose to use it.
