MyPup has arrangements with courier services to receive packages as early as possible in the morning. Packages delivered to the MyPup distribution center before 13:00 will be delivered the same afternoon. Once it is delivered to your Pick Up Point, you will receive a message.
If your parcel was delivered to the MyPup distribution center after 13:00, it will be delivered to your Pick Up Point the next day.
Note: MyPup does not currently deliver packages on Sundays.
