In order to receive MyPup packages in your Pick Up Point, your order needs to be sent to the address of the MyPup hub. You can find this address when you log in the website or in the MyPup app.
What do I need to do if I've used a wrong delivery address?
If your parcel has been delivered to a wrong address, please send us a message and provide us with the parcel details.

We will attempt to retrieve your delivery from the wrong address. As soon as we have it at the MyPup hub, you will receive an e-mail from us.
