At which hours can MyPup receive my package?
Our hubs are always opened during working hours. For our Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague and Utrecht locations, we have a large post box available 24/7 where parcels can be safely delivered. To ensure the best delivery of your parcel, please choose daytime delivery if possible.
If nighttime delivery is the only delivery option and your Pick Up Point has a 24/7 post box, we kindly ask you to put in the delivery note: "there is a post box available, please drop off the parcel in there".
