Why food cannot be delivered via MyPup
Unrefrigerated lockers: Our lockers are not chilled, which means food items may perish or spoil.
Distribution centre storage: Parcels are also kept in unrefrigerated storage at our distribution centres.
Which parcels are subject to this restriction?
Recipe boxes: Such as HelloFresh and Marley Spoon.
Fresh groceries: Such as those from Ocado, Waitrose, or Sainsbury’s.
Prepared meals: Orders from restaurants or takeaway delivery services.
Alternative
Direct home delivery: For fresh produce and recipe boxes, delivery directly to your home is the best option. This ensures your food does not go off.
