🏷️ Returning parcels with a return label

You can return parcels via MyPup Pick Up Points in the Netherlands and Ireland. Do you already have a return label? If so, please follow the steps below.

⚠️ Important: Always attach the shipping label to your parcel before placing it in the locker.

How to return a parcel

  1. Open the MyPup app or go to the MyPup website.

  2. Go to ‘Parcels’ and select ‘Send or Return’.

  3. Choose the destination country.

  4. Select ‘I already have a shipping label’.

  5. Choose the courier (e.g. DHL, UPS, etc.).

  6. Enter the parcel details and a reference if required (e.g. tracking number).

  7. Choose the correct locker size.

  8. You will receive a unique code (e.g. A-B1-CD).

  9. ✍️ Write this code clearly on the parcel.

  10. Press ‘Create’ to register the shipment.

  11. You will now receive a locker number and PIN to open the locker and drop off the parcel.

After drop-off MyPup will collect the parcel and hand it over to your chosen courier. Labelled returns are usually processed within 3 working days.

Please note:

  • The PIN is valid for 24 hours. If the parcel is not placed in the locker within this time, you must register the shipment again.

  • Parcels are sent via the courier stated on the label, not via MyPup. Use is at your own risk. For tracking, please visit the relevant courier's website where applicable.

  • You will not receive a proof of postage for your shipment.
