Returning a parcel with a shipping label
You can return parcels via MyPup Pick Up Points in the Netherlands, Germany, Dublin, and Copenhagen. If you already have a return shipping label, follow the steps below. If you don't have shipping/return label, please go to shipping without a return label.
⚠️ Important: Always attach the shipping label to your parcel before placing it in the locker.
How to return a parcel
- Open the MyPup app or go to the MyPup website.
- Go to ‘Parcels’ and select ‘Send or Return’.
- Choose the destination country.
- Select ‘I already have a shipping label’.
- Choose the carrier (e.g. DHL, UPS, etc.).
- Enter the package details and optionally a reference (e.g. tracking number).
- Select the locker size.
- You will receive a unique code (e.g. AB-12).
✍️ Write this code clearly on the parcel. - Press ‘Create’ to register your shipment.
- You will now receive a locker number and PIN to open the locker and drop off your parcel.
After drop-off
MyPup will collect the parcel and hand it over to the selected courier. Return shipments with a label are usually processed within 3 business days.
Please note:
The locker code is valid for 24 hours. If your parcel isn’t placed in the locker within this time, you’ll need to re-register.
Parcels are returned via the courier indicated on your label, not by MyPup. Use of this service is at your own risk. You can track your parcel on the courier’s website.
