You can return parcels via MyPup Pick Up Points in the Netherlands, Germany, Dublin, and Copenhagen, even if you don't have a shipping label yet. MyPup can generate one for you during the registration process.
⚠️ Important: You must write the full delivery address on your parcel, along with the unique code (e.g. AB-12) you receive after registration.
How to return a parcel
- Open the MyPup app or go to the MyPup website.
- Go to ‘Parcels’ and select ‘Send or Return’.
- Choose the destination country.
- Select ‘I want to create a shipping label’.
- Enter the package details and optionally a reference (e.g. tracking number).
- Select the locker size and the weight of your parcel.
- You will now see a quote for your shipment.
- Enter the delivery address where the parcel should be sent.
- You will receive a unique code (e.g. AB-12).
✍️ Write this code and the full delivery address clearly on the parcel. - Press ‘Pay & reserve locker’ to confirm your shipment.
- You will now receive a locker number and PIN to open the locker and drop off your parcel.
After drop-off
MyPup will collect the parcel, generate the shipping label, and hand it over to a courier for delivery.
Please note:
The locker code is valid for 24 hours. If your parcel isn’t placed in the locker within this time, you’ll need to re-register.
Make sure the address and code are clearly visible on the parcel to avoid delays.
Shipment costs depend on size, weight, and destination.
