Some deliveries require a signature for your parcel to be accepted at the MyPup distribution centre. MyPup will sign for the parcel on your behalf to receive it.
In the event that the parcel requires a one-time passcode (OTP) from the courier, please call our customer service team as soon as possible to provide the code. If it is outside our opening hours, please email it to info@mypup.nl at your earliest convenience.
If the passcode is not provided to us before the delivery takes place, MyPup will be unable to accept the parcel from the courier.
