When will I receive my parcel that is too large for the locker?
Some parcels are too large to fit inside the lockers. When this happens, we will hand the parcel over to you personally.
How delivery works for oversized parcels
- If your parcel arrives but does not fit in the locker, we will try to deliver it to you directly.
- If we are unable to reach you, or if the parcel does not fit in our delivery van that day, we will try again on the next working day.
Possible delays
Because oversized parcels do not fit in the lockers, they may experience some delay. For that reason, we cannot guarantee same‑day or next‑day delivery.
When you can expect a call
You may receive a call between 14:00 and 18:00 at the phone number listed in your account when we attempt personal delivery.
Additional note on exceptionally large parcelsWe can only deliver parcels that can reasonably be transported by our team. If a parcel is extremely large or unsuitable for safe transport, we may need to refuse the delivery from the courier, or we may ask you to pick it up from our hub.
