The 4-digit code you receive only works once. If the door closes before you were able to take your parcel out, you will not be able to reuse the same code.
If your parcel is stuck, the best option is to contact us as soon as possible.

If it is outside of business hours or you prefer not to call, please send us an e-mail. One of our customer care members will resolve this for you as soon as possible.
