How do I open the locker?
After your parcel has been delivered into the Pick Up Point. You will receive an E-mail and SMS message. This message contains the locker number and the PIN to open the locker.
To open the locker
- Enter the PIN on the terminal screen at the Pick Up Point, followed by the locker number.
- Confirm by pressing the check-mark on the terminal screen.
- The locker is now unlocked, open the locker by pressing the locker door on the left side. In some locations the locker door will open automatically
- Collect your parcel from the locker and close the door.
You can also open the locker door using the MyPup app. Simply select your parcel and press the lock icon to unlock the locker.
