Generally, your parcel will stay in the Pick Up Point until you have collected it. We request you to collect your parcel within two business days after it has been delivered, to ensure available lockers for other users.
After this period, MyPup can remove take the parcel from the locker. In that case, we will contact you beforehand to schedule a new delivery.
