The maximum size of a parcel that can be delivered into the Pick Up Point is 60cm x 40cm x 70cm. If your parcel exceeds this size, our courier will call you in order to hand the parcel over to you.
At the Pick Up Points Drommedaris, Boomerang and Amstel Tower, the maximum size of a parcel that can be delivered is 62cm x 45cm x 43cm.
Parcels that exceed the size of the largest locker, can not be returned using MyPup. MyPup has the right to refuse deliveries which are too large to transport.
