The maximum parcel size that can be delivered to a Pick Up Point is 60 cm × 40 cm × 70 cm.
If your parcel exceeds these dimensions but can still be accommodated in our delivery vehicle, our courier will contact you to arrange a direct handover.
If the parcel is too large for delivery or weighs more than 23 kg, we will contact you to schedule an appointment for collection from our hub.Should we be unable to reach you, we reserve the right to refuse delivery and return the parcel to the sender.
At the Pick Up Points Drommedaris, Boomerang and Amstel Tower, the maximum size of a parcel that can be delivered is 62cm x 45cm x 43cm.
Parcels that exceed the size of the largest locker, can not be returned using MyPup. MyPup has the right to refuse deliveries which are too large to transport.
