Does MyPup accept parcels that require payment of customs duties?
MyPup can handle all parcels that require customs duties to be paid. We will accept the parcel and pay any customs duties upfront. Once we receive the parcel, we will deliver it to your designated Pick Up Point. You will receive an email with a payment link to reimburse us for the customs duties.
