When the address of a MyPup hub has been changed, we will inform you in advance and will provide a transition period to make sure that any wrongly addressed parcels are still delivered. If your parcel has been delivered to a wrong address within the transition period, please contact us at info@my-pup.com and provide us with the parcel tracking details. That way, we are able to collect it from there for you.
After the provided transition period has ended, we are not able to collect wrongly delivered parcels from an old address anymore.
