Why food items cannot be delivered via MyPup

Non-cooled lockers: Our lockers are not cooled, which means that food items can spoil.

Storage in distribution center: Packages are also not stored in a cooled environment in our distribution center. Packages can therefore remain outside of cooling for up to 24 hours.

What types of packages fall under this restriction?

• Meal boxes: Such as HelloFresh and MarleySpoon.
• Fresh groceries: Such as Albert Heijn, Crisp, or Picnic.
• Dishes and meals: Orders from restaurants or meal delivery services.

Direct home delivery: For fresh products and meal boxes, direct home delivery is the best option to ensure your food does not spoil.
