In order to receive parcels in your MyPup Pick Up Point, your personal MyPup delivery code must be included in the address details for your shipment. The MyPup delivery code should be used in your order instead of your full name.
If your personal MyPup delivery code is missing from your order, please reach out to us. Please include the following details:
- Your MyPup delivery code
- The name/code on the parcel instead
- (Expected) Date of delivery
- Tracking number or tracking link (if applicable)
You can find your MyPup delivery code and address in the MyPup app, when you log in on the MyPup website and in the introduction email you have received when you created your account.
