📝 Wrong or missing MyPup delivery code

To receive parcels at your MyPup Pick Up Point, your personal MyPup delivery code must be displayed on the parcel. The MyPup delivery code should be used in your order instead of your first and last name.

If your personal MyPup delivery code is missing from your order, please contact us with the following details:

  • Your MyPup delivery code

  • The name on the parcel for your order

  • (Expected) delivery date

  • Tracking number or tracking link (if applicable)

Please note: * You can find your MyPup delivery code and address in the MyPup app, by logging into the MyPup website, or in the welcome email you received when creating your account.

  • Matching your shipment will take at least one working day. Due to the missing MyPup delivery code, the delivery of your parcel to the locker will be delayed.
