When DPD delivers parcels to MyPup, all recipients scheduled for that day receive the same automatic email from DPD. This email only shows one MyPup delivery code, even though several different users may have parcels on the way that day.
This can make it look like you used the wrong MyPup code, but there is no need to worry. The parcel itself always arrives with the correct MyPup delivery code that you entered when placing your order.
Once your DPD parcel has been received and processed by MyPup, you will receive a confirmation email from us. You can then expect your parcel to be available in your Pick Up Point later that day.
You do not need to take any action, and there is no need to contact us if the DPD email shows a different code.
