If a courrier cannot deliver a parcel, they may choose to redirect it to a collection point nearby our hub.
If your parcel has been redirected to a collection point from the courrier, please send us a message and provide us with the parcel details.
- Tracking number of your shipment;
- Courrier;
- Your MyPup code;
- Date of delivery;
- Address of collection point;
- Code needed to collect the parcel (if required).
We will attempt to retrieve your delivery from the collection point. As soon as we have it at the MyPup hub, you will receive an e-mail from us.
Please note that if the collection point is not near by our office we are unable to pick up your parcel!
