Itβs possible that your locker wonβt open because a new parcel is currently being added to it. If this is the case, the locker will be temporarily unavailable until the new parcel has been placed inside. When a parcel is added to your locker, you will receive a new message notifying you that a parcel is being added.
Another possibility is that the locker system in your building is offline. This can happen due to a power or internet issue. If the terminal is turned off or you see a red cross at the top right of the screen, please let us know and we will resolve it as soon as possible.
