✍️ My package requires a signature or one-time passcode

Some deliveries require a signature in order to get your parcel delivered to the MyPup distribution centre. MyPup will sign the package on your behalf to receive it. 

In case your package requires a one-time passcode, please forward it to info@my-pup.com as soon as possible. If the passcode has not been sent to us before the delivery takes place, MyPup is not able to receive the package from the courier.
